Yoshiwara's red-light district is suddenly taken over by "Aizen Kou," an incense that can make anybody fall in love with the first person they meet. The love drug was assumed to have vanished from the red-light district forever when it was forbidden due to its high strength; nonetheless, it appears to have made its way back inside Yoshiwara's gates and now has the whole district under its control. Tsukuyo, the cold-hearted Hyakka captain, is among those afflicted, and the first person she sees after inhaling the smoke is none other than Gintoki Sakata, the audacious Yorozuya commander. She was already drawn to Gintoki, unbeknownst to everyone else. Tsukuyo must conquer her afflictions and cope with those concealed sentiments, which have now become more intense.
